'The property seemed clean when you walk in. As the days went by the bathroom had a very moldy sewer smell. There were two windows in the living room but we couldn’t leave them open because it was on the first floor. Towels would not get dry in the bathroom. We tried to dry them on the drying rack but took days to dry. There is no ventilation. You can hear the subway going by. The room door is open on the top. One you open the sofa bed and open your luggages there is hardly any room to walk...

'The place was quite a bit smaller than we anticipated. That is certainly fine, but we had some other frustrations. The couch was clearly white at some point, but was dirty and grungy. We had difficulty with the air conditioner, as it was not marked and we confused for the heater. 'We had a brilliant time staying in Paris, and the apartment was really well located. The communication around checking in was easy to understand, and a follow up to make sure we had made it ok was a nice touch. The apartment was really clean, well equipped and the three double bedrooms was something not many other apartments could offer. The only issue we experienced was not being able to work the aircon in the apartment. Possibly broken, or possibly user error…I’m not sure which one.'
