Appartementen in Metrostation Couronnes

'Uitstekend appartement op de top-etage. Centraal gelegen tussen les Halles en Pompidou. Voor 3 personen is de studio wat klein. Er is een kleine lift voor 2 personen. Prima afspraken met de verhuurder. Aanrader.'

'Perfect location! Slept like a rock! Close to everything. A/C was so refreshing! Would stay again :)'

'We had a great time in the courtyard apartment. The neighborhood was lively (but the building quiet) with great pastries and restaurants nearby. The apartment was comfortable and accomodated our large party. Excellent A/C in the main room and some of the bedrooms. Would be great to have coolingin all bedrooms. Still would highly recomend.'

'It would have been nice to know that there was no elevator up to the 5th floor. But the location was excellent. I would rent the property again ang again.'

'The apartment sits at the perfect location in the heart of the city with many places to eat and shop within walking distance. The host was very easy to communicate with and answered every question I had. The space is nice and perfect for a few people. I would absolutely stay here the next time that I visit Paris.'

'Small accommodation; very cramped for more than two people. In need of deep clean and modernizing eg windows, curtains. Noisy neighbourhood with banging doors through the night, sirens and helicopter overhead. Adjacent road is red light district. Many broken windows in shops/eateries following riots so dirt and mess everywhere. Intimidating and not great if you have young children. Metro close by so convenient for rest of city.'

'Excellent proximity to the Seine, the Louvre, Pont Neuf, and several Metro lines. But the building is a bit grimy and run-down and the apartment is a bit cramped.'

'The location of this property is fantastic. It has all of the essentials and is overall a good setup for a short stay. The amount of the damage deposit and method of payment could be clarified better in the description, as this came as a surprise. Overall clean property and comfortable stay.'

'Lovely apartment on small & quiet side street. Communition and follow through by host was excellent when we encountered a few minor unexpected issues. Great neighborhood!'

'Excellent location. Apartment was lovely and clean right in the heart of Le Marais. Laundry helped us pack lighter. Just blocks from Notre Dame. Easy access to the subway for ease of travel around Paris. Highly recommended.'

'The apartment was just what we needed for our 2 night stay. David, was a great communicator. I would come here again.'

'We appreciated the ac!'

'A very cosy apartment in a very nice neighbourhood. The contact person from the agency was not very responsive. After the first night in the appartement, there was no hot water so we started the day with a freezing cold shower. I sent him a text, asking if he could make sure it was fixed. We never heard back from him…'

'Great location, convenient to attractions and a fun street to be on. Lots of restaurants and shops, and across from Église St Séverin. Very safe neighborhood too.'

'No aircondition, couldn't open windows, very small room and bathroom, a lot of broken items and a high deposit. The area is nice and the apartment was easy to access.'
