Étrange… Le personnel a rayé les murs tout le long des partie communes avec les chariots, une barre de d’angle par terre les deux jours… Si vous voulez qqchose, n’allez pas voir le concierge ; vous perdriez votre temps. Débrouillez-vous avec buttler, ce sera bien plus positif. Tout le reste, impeccable."
