'Even though I had to get my car out of the garage at 5:30 am the valet didn't show up until 6am.
They could not find the second set of keys to open the Key cabinet so I was late for my surgery. The guy was working the overnight shift so it wasn't like he was starting work.
Otherwise this is my hidden gem in Boston'

'We've stayed here on a number of occasions visiting our Northeastern Student. This time was simply to visit the Museum of Fine Arts and the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Location is great. Walkable to a couple of restaurants. Above normal continental breakfast in the morning.
Limited parking on the ground floor (you need to have your room key to access BEFORE you try to enter or you'll get stuck on a very steep incline with not many options to back out.

'The place was spacious, clean, quiet , and conveniently located, near to supermarkets and public transport. We stay for Boston marathon 5 nigths so price was much higher than normal, this means that even it was a good place to stay , it was very expensive. We were 2 persons but it only has 1 chair, no sofa or any other place to sit. This was my only issue.'

'De ontvangst was vriendelijk door Martina. Onze kamer was op de zolderverdieping en slecht 2 meter hoog; erg benauwd. De airco was kapot (niet te reguleren) en erg hard: moeilijk om bij te slapen. Het raam moest opengehouden worden met een doos die we na een klacht gekregen hadden. Uit de douche kwam amper water. Met nog wat andere mankementen werd in eerste instantie door de receptioniste niets gedaan en laks gereageerd. De volgende dag voelden we ons wel zeer gehoord door Martina; hij gaf ons...

'The best thing about this hotel is its location and its breakfast. It is right in the middle of Brighton and 5 minutes or less from the B Green Line and 10 minutes from the C Green Line. The neighborhood has some cute diners, restaurants and cafes. The included breakfast is decent, with waffles and eggwichs, fruit, yogurt, cereal and plenty of coffee and tea. The free cookies are a big hit.
Housekeeping is available only on request, and the request has to be made by 12 noon.
