« The townhome is located in a great location. A lovely tree-lined neighborhood with access to good restaurants, bars, subway station and grocery shopping. The townhome itself was comfortable and spacious. We especially enjoyed the outdoor terrace. Thomas was very welcoming and responsive to any request we made. Our month long stay in the city was a wonderful experience! »

« There was a brief and quickly solved issue with getting into our room, but the host was kind and responded immediately. I hesitate to even mention that it occurred since it was solved easily, but want to note that he was great. The room was perfect for our trip to see Broadway shows! The penthouse was quiet and better the night we had no neighbors. A beautiful old hotel updated with a cozy bed and clean newer bathroom. »

« The place looks way better in photos than in reality and should not be on vrbo or any other platform for rent. Old, unkempt, barely clean, mismatched sheets...the owner should really invest in the gem of a location. The description did not mention that the 1st floor is in essence the 3rd floor; old narrow stairways that my disabled mother was challenged to conquer. Very very disappointing place. I want my money back! »
