Cozy Retreat in the Heart of Statesboro

Welcome to The Whimsical Wildflower! Whether you are here for business, parents weekend or a sporting event, we have everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Located in downtown Statesboro, you will be 2 miles from GSU and 4 miles from Mill Creek and the Ag center.

The Space

BEDROOMS:
- The primary bedroom includes a king size bed, closet space, and double doors leading to the fenced in yard (great for pets). The primary and second bedroom share a bathroom, each with its own entry. Smart TV on wall-Guests use their own logins

-The second bedroom includes a queen size bed, closet space, and a shared bathroom. Smart TV on wall-Guests use their own logins

-The third bedroom includes a full-size bed. The closet in this room is a supply closet that stays locked. Smart TV on wall-Guests use their own logins

-Additional blankets and pillows in closets

-Each bedroom has a tabletop power strip to easily charge devices

-Blackout curtains in every bedroom


BATHROOMS:
-The primary and second bedroom share a bathroom, each room with its own entry.

-Hairdryer provided

-A starter pack of shampoo, conditioner and bar soap provided in each bathroom

-The second bathroom serves as a guest bath and is located off the kitchen close to the third bedroom

-Towels, hand towels and wash cloths are provided

KITCHEN:
-Fully equipped kitchen ideal for prepping meals during your stay

-Crockpot, toaster, blender and other kitchen essentials provided

-Cleaning supplies under sink

-Fire extinguisher under sink

-Dual coffee maker great for a single cup or a full pot of coffee (starter pack of K-cups provided)

-Kitchen table seats 6 and can serve as an island when needed

LIVING AREA:
-Our comfortable living area is a great space to wind down and relax! Large Smart TV-Guests use their own logins

LAUNDRY ROOM:
-Washer and dryer are available for guest use and a starter pack of detergent and dryer sheets are provided.

-Iron and ironing board in laundry room

-Additional batteries, light bulbs and first aid kit located in the laundry room

OUTDOOR AMENITIES:
-Fenced in back yard with seating area. This area is great for pets, but we do request that you clean up after your pet. Doggie bags are located under the kitchen sink.

TRASH:
-A rolling trash can is located near the side parking. Trash pickup is on Wednesdays.

You have complete access to everything in the home with the exception of the supply closet located in the third bedroom.
