'This place needs a renovation. Cabinets and furniture are old and worn. The showerglass doors won’t open properly and easily jump out of their tracks presenting a hazard. There is only hanging closet space. Common amenities like the gym are also ancient and low quality. That said, the location is great for a palisades and booking and check in were easy. '

'Unit was somewhat spartan, but exactly as advertised. No real complaints. Love the jet tub in the bathroom. Lots of postit notes everywhere telling how to operate various things ... laugh-worthy, but useful. TV in 2nd bedroom didn't work so well ... but the TV in the master bedroom worked fine ... as long as you minded the the postit note to "press the buttons on the remote very hard." Wifi went out occassionally. Three flights of stairs were doable ... until I broke my leg (not a joke). ...

'The property is great. Cozy. Family friendly. Good location. A lot of stairs to the property so if you are not stair friendly, this is not a place for you. We were fine with it. Property management was very responsive when we had an issue with loud construction. We looked forward to QUIET time to rest out of the city and sadly the inconsiderate people upstairs thought it was appropriate to work until 11pm and start again at 5am on a weekend. Unbelievable. Hope this stops soon and doesn't affect...

'Would have been a perfect location just across from the Stage Coach Lift, if there had been any snow at Heavenly. We wound up hiking and playing disc golf instead. We definitely needed our own rental car for that. The place was very quiet (not surprising since there wasn't snow). The hot tub was a nice feature but only 2 of the jets worked. Because there were only two of us, I would have preferred not to have a bed in the front room and would have used that as a sitting area instead. I can...
