'This home offers 2 separate floors for living/sleeping areas and is beautiful, quiet and minutes from the PSU campus, grocery store & shopping center. The back porch offers a lovely view, the neighbors were nice, the furniture is comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to make a meal. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this property!'

'Great newly renovated apartment and perfect for a couple with a great view of the Talleyrand Park and Spring Creek. The shower was great! The only difficulty was access to the garage which was challenging with an SUV. Need to tell renters to use the ramps in the garage especially in winter. '

'Property was perfect for our group of families with girls competing at a Cheer Competition at Bryce Jordan Center. It was a short drive and gave us space to hang out, cook meals and relax when we weren’t competing. '

'Dawn's place was perfect for college drop off. It's spacious, sparking clean and close to everything. The beds were comfy and she added lots of little touches to make it feel like home. Dawn was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it. '
