'The rooms are rather old and in need of a refurb: blinds on window (in two separate rooms) did not work, and in both rooms the safe was broken. I had to ask on three separate occasions to have house keeping clean the room and replace towels etc. House keeping eventually cleaned my room on the 4th day, despite the first request on day 2. This is not a low cost hotel, and I expected better. I would not stay here again'

'Nothing wrong with the Courtyard, but not up to the standards of the Marriott name. I used to stay at Marriotts all the time but have generally moved to a different brand. I'm not used to Marriotts with clanky elevators with tape holding the paneling up. Just seems like an older property that has seen better days.'
