'A true hidden gem close to downtown shops and restaurants. The property was impeccably clean & the staff was very attentive. They also have a stocked whiskey bar and delicious pastry delights from a local baker. We stayed in the Presidential Suite and certainly were given the royal treatment! We will definitely return . On site parking is available for a chargeand there is a lot just 2 minutes away.'

'The property was immaculate! The room we stayed (Chase suite) was gorgeous!! The staff were so wonderful and helpful and the location was perfect. Loved everything about this property'

'Charming and picturesque house steps from all of the best things about Annapolis.'

'The rooms are rather old and in need of a refurb: blinds on window (in two separate rooms) did not work, and in both rooms the safe was broken. I had to ask on three separate occasions to have house keeping clean the room and replace towels etc. House keeping eventually cleaned my room on the 4th day, despite the first request on day 2. This is not a low cost hotel, and I expected better. I would not stay here again'

'This is a good hotel in a perfect location if you want to leave your car after a 7 hour drive from Boston and walk the lovely town. The overall space is relatively small, as was our king room. You don't walk in and say "Wow" but it is nicely designed in a low-key way. It is right on the water as the name implies - not sure if any of the rooms have balconies, ours didn't. But we were only there for one night so I wasn't looking for one. The reasons I didn't rate this excellent are: the apparent...

'The staff so severe'

'It is a lovely romantic boutique hotel.'

'An absolutely wonderful stay. Felt completely at home and comfortable. This was a great stay. Tiffany is a real professional. Everyone will feel right at home, and she will make great recommendations to give you all of the local favorites to make sure you experience the best the area has to offer. There are beautiful views of the river from all rooms in the house. This is a great location to adventure in Maryland, Delaware and DC. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!'

'Wonderful staff! Had a problem getting into the bed because it was too high and I was too short. They were wonderful with accommodating my needs! They moved me to a new room and location!'

'I stayed for 5 nights with my small 10 lb dog. I was in town for business and the parking was essential. The kitchenette is very useful and the staff was great. Breakfast was OK but a lot better than other places I have stayed.'

'Great property, close to everything. Surprised to pay for parking. Room was quiet, clean and bed was comfortable.'
