'My daughter and 1 spent 2 nights here and really enjoyed it. Nice and helpful owner, delicious breakfast, good beds and shower. Luckily, there was also a plug adapter available for our continental devices. And after checking out, we were allowed to leave our trolleys and pick them up in the afternoon, which was great. It’s not far from underground station Belsize Park in a nice and safe neighbourhood. We would definitely book a room here again.'

'The attendant was very nice and helpful. The room was dirty with hair in the bed and on the floor. The shower was head was broken and the sink water smelled musty. Overall experience was a 2/10.'

Lovely Bindi greeted us on arrival with smiles and a bottle of water (could of been cold tho) she was very friendly shown us the shared kitchen area but we didnt need to use. 'Personnel très gentil, nous avons reçu la chambre à l’avance mais malheureusement aucun intérêt car impossible de rester dans la chambre tellement il faisait une chaleur insupportable. Nous avons demandé un ventilateur en plus pour la nuit mais ça n’a pas suffit. Une nuit horrible, on suffoquait presque dans la chambre.
