'We arrived late evening after a wedding, the night porter was really helpful. I was asked for a further £100 insurance charge, we stayed on the Saturday night and this was not refunded to my account until Wednesday, 4 days later is unacceptable. This should have been refunded as soon as housekeeping had checked the room. There was a deduction of £3.80 with no explanation. We were looking forward to a good night sleep and a nice breakfast. I had booked two superior rooms but there was nothing...

'It is a nice convenient hotel. Clean. Tea and coffee facilities were nice to settle down nicely on arrival and when I woke up in the morning. Mini refrigerator was handy to keep my leftover food in the refrigerator to eat in the morning. Comfortable table and internet. I give 4 star only as there was no toilet in the room and I hesitated to leave my room in the middle of the night.'
