« We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful house! The location was stunning - right on the water (which was frozen when we visited- and just as beautiful to witness)! The house has a lot of charm - right down to the knobs. It’s steps to the lighthouse and in a safe charming neighborhood. Sunrise and sunsets can be seen from the backyard and trails down the street. « Great place to stay! Communication was great, beds are SUPER comfortable and the separate heating/cooling in each room is nice. The living room doesn't have enough seeing for it to be the hangout spot, so lots of kitchen conversations :) The piano was a fun addition and we had some fun musical moments. I would say the only thing lacking was towels (both kitchen and bathroom, there were only a few) and things like paper towels, scissors, etc. Stuff you don't think to pack but realize later that...

« This is an "upgraded" camping experience! A peaceful setting for outdoor living, exceptionally private. Super convenient to Minnewaska. Everything you need amd exactly as described, plenty of seating for a larger group and sleeping tent/yurt makes inclement weather less of a concern than a regular tent or backpacking setup. Definitely stay here! »

« We booked this home in August and the property owner has been accessible ever since! His home is perfect!! The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for.us and another couple to stay...kitchen had everything we needed! The home is a perfect distance from town as well as hiking trails and the outdoor firepit atea is a perfect way to unwind after a busy day exploring the area!We will def book this again! »

« We had a great time staying here! The house is a gorgeous historic house with modern amenities. It was a short drive to Kingston which was super convenient. We loved that we could bring our dog with us as well. It is on a main road, but we didn't find that to be a disturbance at all. I would definitely come back here again!! »
