Summary:

Brand new to the vacation rental market! Unwind at this spacious brick ranch tucked under moss-draped oaks on a private pond, just a short drive from St. Simons' beaches, Pier Village, and lighthouse. Watch the water from the kitchen window, gather on the huge back deck, roast s'mores at the fire pit, or paddle the kayak right from the yard. Inside: 3 comfortable bedrooms, two living areas, a fireplace, and a bonus media room with a twin bed. Sleeps 7.



The Space:

The heart of the home is an open kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances, and a pass-through window overlooking the pond. A breakfast bar connects to the tiled family room with a white-brick fireplace and French doors to the deck. A second living room and dining room with seating for 6 give everyone space to spread out.



Three bedrooms with plush bedding sleep 6, and a bright bonus room with a TV, extra bed, and built-in desk sleeps the 7th guest — great for kids or remote work. The renovated bath features a marble-tile walk-in shower.



Outside, wicker lounge furniture fills the pond-side deck, with a grill, fire pit with Adirondack chairs, and a kayak for exploring. We offer fishing equipment to fish from the stocked pond in the backyard!



LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! You are a half mile walk to Red Fern village which features some of the best restaurants, live bands, boutiques and libations. You are less than 10 minutes to the best beaches and Pier Village.



If your stay is between March 1 and October 31, you will receive a beach gear credit of $35/night for stays 3-21 nights. You can rent beach chairs, wagons, umbrellas, kayaks (which can be launched at the home) and much more!



The home comes with starter supplies to make your stay comfortable including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and laundry pods. If you are staying for an extended period and expect to need more than starter supplies, there are several stores close by!



Please note:



Up to 2 dogs are welcome and must be under 60lbs each. There are some breed and size restrictions so please contact us before booking to inquire.



FLETC TDY welcome.



Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



The home does have some extra parking space so if you plan to bring a trailer or boat please just let us know the size so we can ensure it will fit.



Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!



Guest Access:

The home has a private entrance with an electronic lock for easy access.

You are just a short half mile stroll from Red Fern Village, a local favorite for its diverse dining options, live music, and charming boutiques. When you are ready for the sand and surf, the island's premier beaches and the iconic Pier Village are less than ten minutes away by car. Whether you want to explore the local flavor on foot or head to the coast for a day of sun, our quiet pond side retreat puts you right in the middle of it all.



Other Things to Note:

For any stay 60 nights or more, an additional $250 cleaning fee will be collected after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days before check-in, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without a refund.



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.
