Guests of Houdini by the Sea will have their own private heated pool (heated upon request for $45/day) with plenty of pool side seating and lounging for use during their stay. The newly landscaped pool area with a 12' x 30' pool and backyard has beautiful turf grass, perfect for families to enjoy fun games. Tastefully decorated with a clean and coastal decor inside, this home will feel like your home away from home from the moment you step inside. Offering 5 private bedrooms, each bed offers guests a comfortable place for guests to relax after a fun day on the island.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $40/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (10 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.

Guests will find two guest bedrooms on the main living level sharing a hallway bathroom. Two additional guest bedrooms with a hallway guest bath and the primary suite are located on the 2nd level along with the laundry offering a washer and dryer. The home offers several porches for enjoying a lazy morning sipping coffee or watching an afternoon thunderstorm roll through the island.
