'Very clean and tidy inside but outside areas (balcony, patio) were unswept before our visit and a bit scruffy. Bedroom patio door did not lock. Excellent a/c which was needed so very comfortable. Would advise earplugs for light sleepers as external a/c units close to property were occasionally noisy. Property is on a very quiet street and Crescent Lake recreation spot and seafront/pier are all walkable in 10-20 mins. Nearest publix/trader joe's is 5 mins drive. '

'With rented the cottage for birthday weekend girls weekend. All of my party loved the cottage and really want to book it for next year. You could ask for an cleaner and beautiful decorative place. What we loved it being so close to the beach. Just minutes from our favorite restaurant (Frenchy). We couldn't ask for better place. 'We had a wonderful stay at the Green Room! Lynne made everything super easy from booking to checking out! Our room was spotless when we arrived and smelled clean. The beach is just a short drive away. Lynne and Jeff have supplied everything you need for the beach except the food! If I had to say one negative thing it would be the pillows, they were not comfortable at all but other than that everything was perfect. The property is secluded and quiet. We would definitely stay here again or at one...
