« It's a lovely set up. Nice kitchen with a spacious fridge and a keurig coffee machine. Very clean. »

« The communication was always too late, there was Sam scorpions nets on selling of bedroom and on the kitchen. »

« Very clean and tidy inside but outside areas (balcony, patio) were unswept before our visit and a bit scruffy. Bedroom patio door did not lock. Excellent a/c which was needed so very comfortable. Would advise earplugs for light sleepers as external a/c units close to property were occasionally noisy. Property is on a very quiet street and Crescent Lake recreation spot and seafront/pier are all walkable in 10-20 mins. Nearest publix/trader joe's is 5 mins drive. »

« For our purposes only a place to sleep the place was ok. But it was not ready when we got there an hour after check in time »

« Bedroom TV did not work. The biggest thing of the whole deal was the showers were way too hot and there was no way to turn it down. I am a contractor so somebody needs to mess with the shower valve. It is way too hot if I had a little kid, we would’ve been in trouble, but other than that it was very pleasant. We would probably be back. »

« The owners are very kind and hospitable! The house was very clean and all instructions and recommendations were laid out clearly in a neat little binder! Very quiet neighborhood where We were able to walk to the beach and enjoy ourselves! 😊Highly recommend staying here »

« Gustavo was a great host. Met us to check in even though we came in at 11pm. Any problem we had he's was quick to respond. While there is not a dishwasher, the place was clean and plenty of hot water. I was able to use the Hot tub every night because temperature was nice in the evening. Look forward to coming down and staying again. »

« We had a wonderful stay at the Green Room! Lynne made everything super easy from booking to checking out! Our room was spotless when we arrived and smelled clean. The beach is just a short drive away. Lynne and Jeff have supplied everything you need for the beach except the food! If I had to say one negative thing it would be the pillows, they were not comfortable at all but other than that everything was perfect. The property is secluded and quiet. We would definitely stay here again or at one...

« 5 min walk and you're on the beach. 16th Street has a beach entrance. In the laundry room they have a beach wagon, umbrella and a few chairs to borrow. The bedrooms and the living room have their own air conditioner that are controlled independently. A lot of places to eat right off the main strip within walking distance. »
