« Apartment was very easy for check-in, and suited our needs well for our stay here. Bedrooms were as pictured. Few repairs needed to areas of floor that they are aware of and started work on while we were away during the daytime. Would certainly return. Host VERY responsive to questions and concerns, and responded very quickly. »

« Very clean and tidy inside but outside areas (balcony, patio) were unswept before our visit and a bit scruffy. Bedroom patio door did not lock. Excellent a/c which was needed so very comfortable. Would advise earplugs for light sleepers as external a/c units close to property were occasionally noisy. Property is on a very quiet street and Crescent Lake recreation spot and seafront/pier are all walkable in 10-20 mins. Nearest publix/trader joe's is 5 mins drive. »

« There is no regular oven, regular coffee maker or can opener. And if you plan on using the kayaks make sure you sign a waiver days ahead of time because if you wait til your ready to kayak, you may never get the waiver in time. Which is one of the main reasons why we picked that site. »

« The owners are very kind and hospitable! The house was very clean and all instructions and recommendations were laid out clearly in a neat little binder! Very quiet neighborhood where We were able to walk to the beach and enjoy ourselves! 😊Highly recommend staying here »

« The pillows were filthy so I had to go buy pillows late in the evening after traveling all day. There are no smoke detectors in the property. I asked for pillows and the bathroom light didn’t work. »

« The property is very close to Clearwater Main Beach and also some private beaches. You will need to pay for parking with an app. Also, if you speak some Spanish it will help with communication with the host. »

« We had a wonderful stay at the Green Room! Lynne made everything super easy from booking to checking out! Our room was spotless when we arrived and smelled clean. The beach is just a short drive away. Lynne and Jeff have supplied everything you need for the beach except the food! If I had to say one negative thing it would be the pillows, they were not comfortable at all but other than that everything was perfect. The property is secluded and quiet. We would definitely stay here again or at one...

« We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. It was the perfect spot for a couple traveling with two small dogs. The location was fantastic, very close to both bodies of water and within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shopping.The property manager was very responsive and easy to communicate with.
