« Martin was an attentive and personable host. The vacation home was spotless and well-appointed. We enjoyed the Keurig coffee and there was plenty of unsweetened creamer in the fridge. The beds were super comfy! A nice addition were pull-down shades to block out light coming through the balcony doors in an upstairs bedroom. »

« Perfect crash pad for a St. Pete visit. As others noted, the dock isn't attached to the property, but it's literally right across the street; you see the water and dock from your front door. Simple, clean, great a/c, comfy. Only issue was with Expedia--the site went down, no reason given, and I was unable to access the door code when we first tried to check-in. « The place was for so well decorated with an eclectic art collection. We were on an arts and eats adventure and this was the perfect kick off for our week. We had everything we needed and the complimentary wine was over the top!! »

We loved the beach house theme and having the ocean at our doorstep. Bob was an amazing host and made sure we had the best trip possible! « This is your very own paradise. Set up like a mini resort and it's quiet and private. Beautiful pool and great lounging areas. Room was wonderful and loved the shower. Minutes from the beaches and restaurants and any other things you may need. Will be back for sure! »
