The space
Built in 2023, the Cottage caters to the most discerning guest.

It comprises of a king size bed, double work station, two dining/bar seats, kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and convection cooktop, full size bathroom and closet.

The extensive exterior comprises of a fully fenced in back yard oasis with tropical landscaping, huge artificial grass lawn area and oversize pool with LED lights for ambient evening swimming after dark. The large luxurious shaded deck is perfect for hanging out during the day while dipping in and out of the pool. There is an additional large sail shaded courtyard with sofa and grill area.

This is a unique opportunity to stay in the heart of St Petersburgs old downtown; The Old Northeast neighborhood without compromising on luxury. Perfect for romantic weekends or a peaceful place to base yourself when in town for work.

While a 20 minute ride over to world famous beaches will allow your to enjoy that side of the peninsula we believe staying downtown in one of the most sophisticated and exciting pockets in the entire state of Florida is the real experience not to be missed.

You have use of the pool with shaded outside furniture, outdoor shower, extensive artificial lawn for morning yoga by the pool, and courtyard with Webber Grill.
Other things to note
This home is located in a residential neighborhood and we would ask all guests to be mindful of that and respectful to neighbors' quiet enjoyment. Please note there will be an additional charge for pool heat during cooler months. The hot tub is an included amenity provided at no extra cost
