'Had great time at the house. It's very large and was stocked with enough bath towels and dishes. We loved having access to the pool and gym. The ac kept the entire house very cool. We also loved the oversized washer and dryer. My only recommendation is to replace the beach umbrella and add a few more beach chairs. We would definitely stay here again!'

'The property was phenomenal. The host was amazing as well and had amazing communication. There was not an overwhelming amount of “extra” decor, making the property feel like a true home. I recommend this property 100%. It is in the middle of Jacksonville, so there are many places near when we stayed. The cleaners also did an amazing job, everything was set up beautifully, and there was more than enough supplies given. Thank you for the beautiful experience.'

'Stayed for the 2nd year in a row but this time stayed a full 7 days . Could not have asked for a better time or place. Just like last year it was perfect. Boating was great and so was the beach. Had family staying close by, plenty of place to park when they came to visit and enjoyed the outside grilling and beautiful patio. I highly recommend staying here. We will be back again soon!'

'Absolutely excellent love the neighborhood everything was easy to walk everything was very convenient love just stepping out the door and onto the beach was only a block away easy walk restaurants convenience stores pharmacies all within walking distance I absolutely loved it at night it was very peaceful and quiet the rental was super clean super bright and gorgeous and had everything you needed if you decided to cook or whatever but because of the restaurants and the locations of everything...
