Over deze accommodatie

Coqui: Newly Renovated! Full AC! Fantastic Views!

Beautiful view and location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed on St.John 15+ times and can say this house and location was great. Very convenient to beaches and grocery stores, downtown area. The large great room and two levels of decks gave us plenty of space to hang out. The kitchen could definitely use some attention to the kitchen knives, they were really dull, and we even tried to sharpen them, and the utensils were lacking. Just a note, the master bedroom does not have any blinds on the very large windows. Would stay here again.

Coqui 7-8 through 7-16

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have made several trips to St. John and Coqui was one of our favorites. Overall the property was great. A couple things to note from our stay. The bedroom that has the bathroom with outdoor access had mosquitos, most likely from the screen on the door. Needs a new new blender (we noticed it was broken). Igunanas are everywhere, we didn’t mind but i could see that some guests may not be so excited.

The home itself is beyond beautiful, with fabulous views of the Caribbean. The pool area was awesome, and gathering areas ideal. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. We absolutely loved this home. We were also greeted by a super sweet host who guided us to the villa and took the time to share lots of insights about the beaches and St John.

I loved this house. The view from the huge deck and pool looks out to St Thomas and you get a perfect view of the sunset. You get complete privacy and everything is well stocked and instantly comfortable. The Tesla generator was seamless because the power did go out unfortunately. The location is perfect, 6 minutes to town. Just note, there are 2 bedrooms downstairs which are only accessible from the outside. It worked perfect for our group, but would not work for small children. I hope to return very soon!

Coqui Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and views at Coqui are just wonderful. Unfortunately, we couldnt enjoy being outside as the birds were building nests on the house and were quite aggressive when we were outside. The home and outdoor furniture are quite tired and could use some updating. The furniture in the great room seemed new which was nice as we had to spend our time indoors. AC worked great!

Friends and Family Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented Coqui for 2 weeks, the first with friends, the second with our adult children. Location is great, unbelievable view of the Saint James, STT, STX and beyond. The Villa itself was comfortable and had all the amenities, but was showing its age and was obviously a full time rental. Catered to was fantastic as they have been in our previous rentals, the rental process was flawless, greeter was awesome, and office was very responsive with any of our needs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about Coqui is terrific. Location on Mary's Bluff yields great views and crashing surf. Modern Kitchen, well maintained villa. Parking is tight but OK. Spacious bedrooms with king size beds.Fairly dark inside. My only complaint is that the "greeter" no longer helps transport my family or luggage to the car rental location.

Coqui

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this property is amazing. Sitting on a mountain overlooking the lake water. Everything was very clean. Lots of cooking supplies just like a regular home. Beds very comfortable and the rooms were amazing. The absolute only issue I had with the property was that the lighting was very dim at night, even inside the house very dim. I would highly recommend this property and Catered Vacations.
