Sunset Ridge Villa A is a deluxe level 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhouse offering approximately 1800 s.f. of combined living space. Villa A features a secure, street level entrance through lush tropical gardens opening to a private courtyard with dramatic and panoramic ocean views. The courtyard has lounge chairs for private sunbathing, casual seating areas, a patio table with umbrella and chairs, and a gas BBQ.

From the private courtyard there are separate, secure entrances to the main house and the Master Bedroom Suite. The main house features a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary amenities which is perfect for preparing light snacks to full family meals. The great room features a slider door and screen which provide for a light and airy feeling throughout and when opened, the cooling trade wind breezes permeate the living spaces. Sunset Ridge Villas features a large centrally located Travertine tile pool deck with numerous lounge chairs for sunbathing together with shaded, deck tables and chairs.
