Hôtel près de St James's Church (Londres)

« We are regular guests at the Royal Lancaster London and have always loved this wonderful hotel, but during our most recent stay, the team truly went above and beyond! We experienced an unexpected emergency, and the management reached out with extraordinary kindness, care, and professionalism. We are incredibly grateful! The hotel is beautiful, the restaurants are excellent and the staff are always warm, attentive, and welcoming. A truly exceptional hotel where genuine hospitality makes all...

« I real don’t recommend, very limited options in the hotel and around it. Very slow service ! »

« The room was clean and new ish. I can not imagine why a hotel room doesn’t provide towels. This is a critical management issue in terms of following the cleaning protocols. The supervisor apologised by providing free toothbrush and asked for a good review. This is not acceptable. My expectations of a Marriot hotel should acknowledgment its mistake and show a good attitude to customers rather than asking for something that clearly they haven’t earned. The compensated breakfast was very...

« Chosen because of proximity to Paddington, but positively surprised by staff (Fozia) who went out of her way to get me an early check in and room which was quiet and clean. So good choice if you have an early train to catch »
