'After climbing 3 flights of of steep exterior stairs with no lighting, we arrived to a unit that had zero cleaning after the previous occupants.We found dirty bed linens piled on floor, a used tissue next to bed, chips and other food and debris on floor throughout the unit, air vents blackened with dirt, dirty towels in the washer, a dirty tub, food crumbs all over the dining table, a dirty refrigerator, a dirty oven, smelly dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and the icing on the cake, spoiled food...

'Our condo unit was wonderful and had everything we could need for a family beach trip with kids. The location is very convenient with the beach just a few steps away, and the Carolina Beach boardwalk very close by as well. The unit was super clean, beautifully arranged and was perfect for our family. 'The view was awesome. The room was very clean and very well stocked. Only downside was the construction of the pier and pipes on the beach which made entry to the beach difficult but right on the other side was a pyblic veach access with a really nice ramp to get on the beach. If handicap would recommend staying close to the 1 elevator. Pool area is beautiful and even had a hot tub. Was told the food at the pier was excellent and they did get packed quick and even had luve entertainment which...

'Property was as advertised. Location was perfect for our needs. Mattresses were decent. The only bummer was that there was no sheet for the pull out bed available in the house. We checked every drawer and closet. So that friend had to sleep in the couch closed instead of the bed. There were also a lot of bugs running around but it is a beach so not shocking.'

'This property is not as advertised.We left after one night. We were booked for two weeks. The nice pictures may have been from when it was first listed. Some serious renovations and a deep clean needed including a full carpet replacement. Bathroom has black mold under shower knobs; shower curtains are dirty and moldy; children’s bedroom had a squeaky bunk, was missing a fire alarm; washer had rust on the lid. I could go on. Hopefully the pictures tell the story. '
