Number One – Stones Court is a light and airy four-bedroom house positioned over three floors with sea views from the top two floors, with views across to Godrevy Lighthouse and Porthminster Beach. With parking for one car, this holiday home is an ideal base for a relaxing family holiday, away from the hustle and bustle of the town, but still only a short walk to the restaurants and beaches that make St Ives such a sought-after holiday destination.

The open plan lounge, dining and kitchen are situated on the second floor. There is a TV/DVD with games, DVD’s and books and large sliding patio doors leading out to the small balcony, an ideal space to enjoy your morning coffee. The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with electric oven and halogen hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and a washing machine/tumble dryer. The dining table comfortable seats six.

The master bedroom is spacious and tastefully decorated with a king size bed and ample storage. The picturesque port-hole window offers sea views towards Godrevy Lighthouse. There is a roomy ensuite with shower, wash hand basin and WC. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The second bedroom has a double bed, the third bedroom has a bunk bed and the fourth bedroom has a single bed. All bedrooms have ample storage. Also located on the ground floor is the family bathroom with a double shower, wash hand basin and WC.
