A beautifully restored 17th Century Fishermans Cottage in the heart of old St Ives, 20 metres from teh harbour front. Ideal dfor Couples, or a family of 2 adults and 2 children however if 3 adults wish to stay then they will need to make use of the bunk beds.

Getting Around:

Dean Cottage is perfectly situated for those arriving by train, with St Ives station located just a short walk away, offering scenic connections throughout Cornwall. For guests arriving by car, there are several public parking options available within easy walking distance of the cottage, allowing you to leave your vehicle securely while you explore the narrow cobbled streets of the town on foot. The central location means that once you arrive, you will rarely need to drive, as the harbour, beaches, and local amenities are all within a few minutes stroll.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that check in time is from 15:00 and check out time is by 11:00. The cottage is perfectly suited for a couple or a family of four. If three adults are staying, please be aware that the third adult will need to use the bunk beds. We are a pet friendly property, however please note that additional charges may apply for bringing pets. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property. As the cottage is located in the heart of historic St Ives, parking is available at nearby public car parks rather than on site. We provide a self check in service via a lockbox for your convenience.
