Alba, Downalong – Sleeps 5 – Partial Sea Views - Dog Friendly

Alba is a two-bedroom, first floor apartment with partial sea views over the glorious Porthmeor Beach with its golden sands and azure coloured water, popular with surfers and swimmers alike. Just a short stroll away from St Ives Town Centre with its restaurants, art scene and boutique shops. A great escape for families or friends alike all year round.

The spacious, bright living area includes two contemporary, grey sofas, and a smart TV. There is an open plan kitchen and dining room which is well equipped with a fridge with an icebox, microwave, electric oven, gas hob and washing machine. The dining table comfortably seats up to five guests and is perfect for family dinners or for that special occasion. The partial sea view can be enjoyed from the large windows. There is also a breakfast bar which is perfect for your morning coffee or a cheeky Bucks Fizz.

The master bedroom offers a double bed, ample storage, and partial sea views. The second bedroom has bunk beds and a single bed with ample storage. There is a family bathroom with shower, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.

One well behaved dog is welcome – A £20.00 charge per dog per week applies. Please note that dogs must not be left in the holiday home unattended or allowed on any furniture

Access Statement – The communal front door is accessed via three steps. Inside of the front door there are two steps down into the hallway. There is U-shaped flight to stairs to the first floor consisting of thirteen steps. Alba is located on the first floor.
