'Best hotel in London I’ve been at. Centrally located right at the top of the City, right near Liverpool Street. Easy connections to West End, Soho, Mayfair, everything. Great bed, fantastic pillows, sheets and towels, very dark with excellent blinds at first rate lighting options, excellent service, nice confortable bathroom, with Rain Shower from the ceiling (would be better with walk-in shower rather than bath, but nitpicking there). Point of improvement would be to make all the buttons less...

'Cerca de una terminal de metro y tren, te queda cerca a pie si llegas del aeropuerto, cerca de las paradas de bus, cafés y restaurantes al rededor, es un depto. Tiene cosina, microondas y horno, cuanta con lavandería gratuita. No tiene tanto espacio para colocar la maletas, el ascensor no servía. Y nadie limpia el dpto a menos que solicites el servicio con cargo. '

'Counting House is an average hotel as far as service is concerned . We were there for four days but our room was not cleaned once. The elevator was regularly out of service. The room was spacious and nice. The receptionists were very helpful'

'We had a pleasant stay. The location is convenient. We were professionally welcomed by a hotel receptionist and he even surprised us with a sweet gift. Other receptionists and staff were friendly too, ready to help with their information. The hotel is nicely decorated. The room is neat and clean. There was a variety of food from different restaurants. We had room service which was well served. In general we were happy with our stay and highly recommend the hotel.'
