Welcome to Little Kokomo (formerly known as Deja Too)!

Newly constructed in 2020, Little Kokomo was built to please and was designed and furnished for your ultimate comfort and enjoyment. This conveniently located 2050 sq ft home with gulf views has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a poolside, separate-entry game room/living space with full bathroom downstairs.

Little Kokomo offers a generous, beautifully decorated, and open living space on the main level with 2 full-size sofas, two cozy chairs, a large, flat-screen TV, and a DVD player. The living area opens to a breezy, covered deck with seating and an outdoor dining area.

Little Kokomo’s kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs and has stainless-steel appliances, quartz counter tops, and an eat-in breakfast bar. A separate dining table for 8 is just off the kitchen and an adjacent laundry area complete the space. Lofty windows in the great room/dining area provide an airy feel with plenty of natural light and gulf views.

Little Kokomo has four sleeping areas: three traditional bedrooms and a bunk room/kids’ zone, all of which have flat-screen TVs. The three traditional bedrooms all have king beds which our guests love for their comfort and flexibility to accommodate kids, adults, and/or couples. Of those, the two southern-facing bedrooms also have gulf views.

Little Kokomo’s master bedroom suite on the home’s southwest corner has gulf views and a generously sized private bathroom with a double vanity and tiled shower with pebble flooring.

The second bedroom with king bed and gulf views is located in the southeast corner of the home and has direct access to the hall bathroom. The third bedroom with king bed is located in the home’s northeast corner. A full bathroom with tub/shower combination and quartz countertop separates these 2 king bedrooms and has both a hall entry and a private entry directly from the gulf-facing southeast bedroom.

Our “kid zone” bunk bedroom has custom-built triple bunks, a cozy loveseat and overstuffed chair, a flat-screen TV, and a game console. It’s a great place for kids to have fun and enjoy their own space.

Downstairs poolside is a large, heated and cooled game room with full-size sofa, several chairs, a game table, games, a regulation-sized ping pong table, a large, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a mini-fridge! The space includes a full bathroom with shower which is accessible directly from the game room and separately from the adjacent pool area.

Little Kokomo’s outdoor area provides its own kind of oasis! Our gorgeous, private swimming pool with heat option ($400 + tax per week) has a shallow “beach” area, a large deck space for sunning, and ample outdoor seating. With 11’ high pilings, open air, and plenty of shade, the poolside area and oversized, shaded carport can also be a welcome respite after a fun day at the beach! A charcoal grill, fish cleaning station, and private outdoor shower complete this wonderful space. The beach is a quick 3-4 minute walk to the nearest community boardwalk.
