'We recently stayed at this property on St. George Island. The house was comfortable — a bit older but well-kept — and check-in and check-out were smooth. The location is fantastic, just a short 5-minute walk to the beach, with plenty of fun things to do nearby.However, I did face some challenges with communication. 'The location was great. It was a close and easy walk to the beach. The outdoor shower by the porch was very convenient to rinse off before going inside. The condo was very clean and had several thoughtful upgrades throughout. The owners communicated with us very well. Overall we were very comfortable and pleased with our stay. '

'Very satisfied with the unit and will definitely book it again. I will recommend it to others also. The day after check-in there was 2 issues we wanted to let the management aware of but all communication was gone. The issues did not hinder or stay at all or make our stay unsatisfactory in any way, The issues were the outside toilet continually ran and there was a leak under the kitchen sink. AGAIN the unit was very nice as well as our stay. 5 STARS!!!!'

'The host was inattentive. The amenities were poorly maintained. We reported a major water leak dripping into the kitchen on heads on saturday. A handyman came out on Monday but could only observe. The refrigerator was failing, we notified on saturday, no response till I called again On Sunday, the (very pleasant) handyman came on monday but could not fix. We lost most of our food. At my request, they did reimburse the cost of this food, I must acknowledge. There was no garbage disposal in this...
