  • Gelegen op een barrière eiland voor de kust van Florida met grote Golf bekeken. Direct aan de voorkant, op het verharde fietspad van het eiland, heeft het ook een aangrenzende strandtoegangsafhankelijkheid. Slechts 100 stappen van de Golf. Neem uw huisdier op het strand en op het fietspad.

    Het huis ligt aan de zuidkant van de weg op 932 East Gulf Beach Drive.

    Deze ingerichte woning beschikt onder meer over een wasmachine en een droger; telefoon; 2 smart-tv's en een groot zonneterras. Complete keuken met een elektrisch fornuis, elektrische oven, koelkast, magnetron en vaatwasser. Buiten is er een douche, een visschoonmaakstation en een barbecue.

    Ons huis is in augustus 2018 volledig opnieuw geverfd. Alle nieuwe interieurs, 8 massieve kerndeuren, samen met een nieuw dek en nieuwe balustrades werden geïnstalleerd in december 2017. Nieuwe vinyl-planken vloerbedekkingen werden in het hele huis geïnstalleerd in juni 2017.

    Gratis WIFI klaar - breng je laptop om op internet te surfen en je e-mails te bekijken.

    Gratis toegang tot het St George Light House wordt aangeboden als een welkomstgeschenk voor elke gast.

Second time staying at this house. It was very clean and well stocked. Host reached out at the start of the trip to make sure we had everything we needed. The short walk to the beach made for a fun week and we hope to stay here again.

This is the most amazing beach house! Cute outside and beautiful inside. Our favorite things were the short private walk to the beach and the deck. The hosts were so friendly and great communicators! Would love to come back again…many times! Absolutely what we were looking for!

This was my first VRBO experience and it was wonderful. The host was kind and responsive. The property was clean and well furnished. The whole family was comfortable. The best part? The *walk* to the beach! This was the quickest most pleasant walk to the beach of anywhere I have stayed in decades! Thank you for a perfect vacation.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beach house! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.The location was perfect, and we made so many great memories together. Every member of our family - from the youngest to the oldest - enjoyed every minute of our stay. It truly felt like a home away from home.The host was outstanding - friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. They made the entire experience seamless and stress-free.Just a little heads up, if you order Amazon, it goes to the local post office that is not open on the weekends.We couldn't have asked for a better vacation rental and would absolutely stay here again. For the price, this was a fantastic place to stay! We were looking for an affordable place for our family of 6 and a set of grandparents to stay. This was an excellent fit for us for value. The house was clean, just large enough for our party (kids ages 2-8), had easy access the beach, and was conducive to a fun stay. We appreciated having the beach cart available for use and did not mind the 2-3 min walk to the beach. Would book this place again for a future trip.

Arrived about 15 minutes after check in and had to wait about 5 minutes for the cleaning crew to finish up. House was clean and there was amble room for everyone in our party. Beach access was great! Use of the beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, etc.) was nice. The outside shower was not working, and we had an issue with the dryer, but that was resolved in a timely manner. The complimentary tickets to the light house and museum were very much appreciated. We enjoyed our stay very much!

cons:-mold in all parts of the bathrooms-majority of outlets are lose (the boxes and the plugs)-food from previous tenants left in cabinets-UNCOMFORTABLE FURNITURE (my wife brought in a sun chair from the porch to lay on)-kitchen seemed bigger in the pictures pros:-water hose/shower for clean up after a day on the beach-nice wrap around porch-easy walk to the beach
