Welcome to our popular vacation rental condo at Las Palmas Resort in St. George, Utah. This spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom ground floor unit is one of the largest in the resort, and is just a few steps away from the Las Palmas Waterfall pool and hot tub. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed, while the living room has two double size sofa sleepers, allowing the condo to sleep up to 6 people comfortably.

Inside the condo, you'll find a full size kitchen that is fully stocked and equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Step out onto the patio and enjoy the fresh air, or relax in the garden tub after a long day of exploring.

At Las Palmas Resort, you'll have access to a clubhouse and water park with indoor and outdoor pools, a splash pad, and a water slide. The resort also has six swimming pools scattered throughout the property, as well as two exercise facilities, basketball courts, pickle ball courts, and tennis courts. There are also many other indoor and outdoor activities to enjoy. All of our homes are privately owned, non-smoking, and pet-free, and include free high speed wireless internet and cable TV channels.

Other annual events include the St. George Marathon, the St. George Iron Man competition, the Utah Summer Games, and the Dixie State University Trailblazers. She brought her extensive knowledge through years of training on customer safety to this business. The staff at My 2nd Home, LLC is always putting our guest's safety at the top of the list of priorities. We start by providing professionally laundered linens through American Linen Supply Company (ALSCO). This assures your sheets, towels, bathmats, etc. have been cleaned using commercial machines with boilers and commercial grade cleaners which kill more germs than a home washer/dryer can do. We also make sure every surface of the home is wiped down with commercial cleaners with bleach, paying special attention to items such as remote controls, doorknobs, cupboard handles, and anything within the home which are touched by hands on a regular basis. We provide single use products rather than large bottles of shampoos, soaps, etc. which have been used by previous guests. Our goal is for our guests to have a safe, enjoyable time staying at a My 2nd Home property, knowing that the home they are staying in has been cared for and cleaned by the best in the business.
