    The property was clean and great location, this was our third time staying at this property. The beds are super comfortable provides the best nights sleep after a long day sightseeing.

    The apartment is in an excellent location. The side gate lets you in right in the middle of St. George Street. The home is very clean and well kept. It looks like it was refinished in the early 2000’s, but with high-end appliances and furniture. There was a slight hiccup with the TV remotes needing batteries, but the management company was quick to resolve the issue. My only suggestion would be to update the dishwasher. It has seen better days. It is loud being so close to the action, especially on weekends. But we enjoyed walking to everything and being in the heart of the history.

    3-Star ReviewThe house itself was very nice, clean, and in a great location, but unfortunately there were several issues that made our stay less enjoyable than expected.One of the biggest concerns was the lack of curtains or blinds in the living room and kitchen areas. It felt very uncomfortable knowing that anyone outside could see directly into the home, especially during the evening hours.The master bathroom shower also had a constant slow drip, and the water pressure throughout the shower was very weak.The most disappointing issue was the internet service. The Wi-Fi was so poor that we couldn’t even connect our cell phones reliably, and because of that, none of the TVs worked. When you’re paying a premium price for a vacation rental, basic amenities like reliable internet and working televisions should be expected.While the home itself has a lot of potential and was otherwise nice, these issues significantly impacted our stay. I hope the owners address them for future guests

    A great location if you want to be in the heart of old St. Augustine. Property is on St. George street. you have an entrance from St. George street to access the property. The property has 2 parking spaces behind the property. I would not suggest this property for anyone with mobility issues. You have to climb stairs. The upstairs bathroom can be tricky for someone who has limited mobility. So if you are healthy walkers and do not mind climbing stairs this is a great location. You can walk to the Castillo from here and to several other notable features throughout St. Augustine. We used the Trolley stop just down the street to maneuver to the places that we wanted to go that we could not easily walk to. If we ever visit St. Augustine again this place will be a place we will look for again. I did request that the upstairs mattress be replaced. If there was a negative it was that the mattress felt worn out. The other bedrooms seem to have better mattresses. Definitely roomy place in a very old historic house with the inside being very up to date and comfy.

    This house is literally in the heart of historic Saint Augustine!! You have a private door that opens to Saint George street giving access to everything. House was perfect nice and clean and had everything you need for a peaceful stay:)

    Perfect Place!

    We had a wonderful time! The location was great, and we loved being close to everything! The beds were very comfortable! We were close to coffee shops but we also loved sitting on the porch drinking coffee and planning our day. We would stay here again due to the location and it was a great rental home!
