'The condo was very close to the beach and provided convenient access to many excursion locations in St. Augustine (via car). The unit was nicely updated and provided great value for the price. AC worked great and washer/dryer in the unit was very helpful. The addition of 1 free ticket per excursion per day via Explorie was a nice add (though a little confusing on how to use at first). Things that would be helpful for other travelers... It is right on A1A and bedrooms are on that side of the...

'LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! This little diamond in the rough is located perfectly within walking distance to St. George Street where all the action is at. Everything about it is so convenient... parking just steps away from the front of the house, spacious rooms (primary bedroom and bathroom are huge!), more room than you can ask for! A/C worked like a charm in every room even in the hot, muggy weather that is typical to Florida in the summer. Was very impressed by how well the house is...

'The Colonial Quarter apartment was the perfect location for our weekend getaway. We were in the heart of everything without feeling overwhelmed or suffering from crowds or noise. The best part was enjoying the rocking chairs on the front porch with glasses of wine each evening people watching and listening to the live music from the quaint wine bar across the street. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! It’s a hidden gem!'
