'Our stay at this location was horrid. I’ll begin with the few positive things. The very Tiny unit was clean, kitchen equipped ok and location was close to Historic district as described.Locating the back ally to the unit after dark was near impossible, no courtyard sitting area as described. The unit stated it had a sofa sleeper- we are two very active ladies in our early 70’s and I had planned to sleep on the sofa sleeper as there was only one bed, the sofa mattress was a mattress topper only...

'The apartment was immaculate and just the right size for my wife and me. Communication with the owner was very accommodating. One of the two small air conditioning units was not working, so the owner offered to set us up in a different apartment which we declined. The one working unit kept the apartment comfortable. Our overall experience with the apartment and the owner was very positive! We plan to contract with her again on our next trip to St. Augustine.'
