'The location of this sweet property is perfect. It is close to everything but on a quiet street. In spring and summer it doesn't matter which way you walk, the entire neighborhood is like a flower show. There were some problems that were not the owner's fault but definitely their problem and when I let them know they were really nice about it. Best of all, the check out was super easy with no long list of chores before you leave. Clean and cozy.'

'Nice place! Great communication, place was clean and as described. I would not hesitate to stay again.'

'So close to campus but really quiet neighborhood. It was amazing!'

'Lovely property, quiet, peaceful and clean. Nice linens, full size washer and dryer, well appointed kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Very good communication from host. We would stay here again in the future.'

'This is a basement apartment, definitely not a palace. The listing is misleading. It was unclear that the unit is directly below a family home, in which you can hear constant plodding and walking around. You can even see lights from the stairwell that goes up into the family home. Few windows, it is dark with little light. The unit was clean and extremely spacious, almost in a weird way-Okay for a short 1 night but not somewhere comfortable to spend lots of time. We didn't need it, but there is...

'Loved the house, definitely gave Oregon kinda mid century modern vibes. Super cozy, ping pong table was also very fun.'

'As expected and super convenient with proximity to Autzen! '

'Bewitching house in Southeast Eugene, close to 24th & Agate. The house is full of wonderful separated rooms and a barn-like living room. The kitchen and bathrooms are recently updated, but we spent most time staring at the stars through the multiple skylights, playing basketball and relaxing on the wrap-around porch.'
