« Very nice mountain retreat with great views, relaxing setting & minutes away from the state park. The kitchen was fully equipped & bedrooms/baths were comfortable & clean. The host was very accommodating & called a few days before our stay to answer any questions, go over access/entry & review other particulars about the home to avoid any complications. He also checked-in during our time there to make sure everything was going well. »

« The overall experience was wonderful! It was a bummer though because I chose this house because it had a hot tub and when we got there the hot tub wasnt working. When they replied to my email, they said they were waiting for a part to come in. It would have been nice to know up front that it wasnt working. I would have rated 5/5 if not for that. »

« The listing includes hot tub in the title of the property. The "fine print" states that the hot tub may not be properly maintained. I thought that if the hot tub was heavily advertised as it is in this listing, renters are expected to be able to make use of it without adverse health effects. I brought a test kit with me and found the chlorine to be 20ppm (5ppm is the max safe level) and the pH, which affects skin comfort to be very acidic.The property itself was excellent, with a fire ring,...

« Great place to stay for the Polar Express! Close and in a really cute little town with a lot of shops and restaurants in walking distance. As it’s an aesthetic grandma-core dream, it’s not the most kid-friendly (beautiful art and lamps everywhere), but also totally doable. Stayed with two mom friends and our five kids and had a blast! »
