« Loved the quieter neighborhood. Close to bike trails, great area to walk, and close to both Lake Macatawa and Michigan for kayaking, swimming, boating (if you bring one) and just relaxing. Short drive to downtown Holland with good food options, summer farmer’s market and shopping. Would stay here again. Six of us slept comfortably with two in the lower level. Was room for even more. Thank you to our hosts! »

« This upstairs rental worked well for us and a short stay in Grand Haven. The location was perfect -- we could walk everywhere (and did). Everything in the unit was functional and I liked the open space. The owner was very responsive to our questions and always got back to us quickly with the couple of questions we had. »

« We took 7 children my wife and I to Michigan's Adventure for a couple of days and used this space as a home base. The building looked new and the apartment was very clean. With having mostly kids - the sleeping arrangement was fine. A King bedroom with adjacent bathroom, a separate queen bed room, a pull out sofa sleeper (probably a full size), and two big couches meant to also be a bed. The 3 couches are in the main living area. There is a nice coffee shop on the main floor of the building that...

« This 3rd floor room was not correctly represented. Nothing said abt 3rd floor. Staircase to rm 5 very steep with no workable lighting. There were lights but inoperable. Obviously not completely inspected. A/c worked but inefficient. Not a choice for most people . Extremely bad for elderly. Kitchen primitive. Wifi ok. Low oh clearence. Clean bath, frig effective, no k cups. Not a pleasant experience. Access shud have been revealed. »

« Quiet, clean, pleasant neighborhood, walkable (sort of long) to downtown. Reasonably priced for what it is, basically a comfortable bedroom with a second room. As the listing says, there isn't a full kitchen, just a microwave and coffee machine and a small fridge. There is an outstanding breakfast place a short walk away (The Biscuit) so you won't miss preparing breakfast. Owner lives in the other half of the house and was very pleasant. »
