RIVERFRONT ADVENTURES

Pelican’s Point sits along one of the most desirable stretches of the Weeki Wachee River. Launch one of the five adult kayaks, two youth kayaks, or the paddleboard and explore miles of beautiful spring-fed water.

A short paddle upriver takes you to Hospital Hole, a famed natural spring known for its remarkable depth and incredible underwater wildlife. Head downstream toward the open Gulf for world-class fishing, coastal adventures, and unforgettable sunsets.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Step outside to the spacious screened-in riverside patio overlooking the pristine blue-green river. It’s the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, share a meal, or unwind with a sunset drink as the evening colors reflect across the water.

We’ve also added a large television to the screened patio, creating a comfortable outdoor living space where your group can watch a game, enjoy a movie, or relax together while taking in the riverfront atmosphere.

The private dock makes it easy to launch kayaks, cast a fishing line, or simply sit back and enjoy the view. The property also offers ample parking, including room for a boat trailer.

HOME LAYOUT AND SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Pelican’s Point offers three bedrooms spread across two levels. Please review the layout carefully to ensure the home will comfortably accommodate everyone in your group.

The kitchen, living room, bathrooms, primary bedroom, and second bedroom are all located upstairs in the home’s main living area.

* Primary Bedroom: Queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk bed
* Second Bedroom: King bed
* Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa

The third bedroom also serves as a game room and is located downstairs at ground level, directly beneath the home’s main living area. This private sleeping space is fully enclosed, under the same roof as the rest of the home, and equipped with electricity and air conditioning. It includes a futon and a separate twin bed.

Please note that there is no bathroom downstairs. Guests staying in the downstairs bedroom must use the stairs to access the bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and all other main living areas upstairs.
