'This is a quaint cottage which means it is small. However for two people more than adequate for our weeklong stay. Check out the historical aspects of Brooksville. Very convenient to everything. The only problem was the double bed. Too small for two people. Watch the step going into the sleeping/bath area. The extra sunporch allowed us to spread our belongings. could use some cute curtains at windows. Perfect for single professional looking for privacy.'

'Room was clean and perfect for 2 people. It’s smaller than a hotel room but loved the privacy. Microwave, refrigerator, and real cutlery were appreciated. Complimentary microwave popcorn bag was a nice touch.'

'We had a wonderful 5 night stay. The RV was very clean and met all of our expectations. The privacy and cute outside set-up was nice. We didnt get an opportunity to use the spa but looked very clean and inviting. Host was accommodating and answered messages in a timely manner. Would highly recommend for future stays.'

'This was a great, quiet, private room with all the amenities of a a hotel, and more!! Originally, I was going to stay alone, but a friend joined me last minute. The place was spacious, and closet space was enormous. Close to shops, restaurants and about an hour to Clearwater Beach! The private, in ground pool was mere steps away and morning and evening swims were the best!'

'Great! We will go to see Pat if we are ever in the area!'

'The cleanliness upon arrival was not quite what I expected. It could use a deep clean in the bathrooms. However, the host was willing to come and do a little extra cleaning when it was mentioned. Other than that, the home was fantastic. The layout was perfect for our needs, it was fully stocked with all the kitchen tools we could need for the week. The extra touches of cooking spices, snacks/drinks, coffee pods, even laundry detergent etc was wonderful and so appreciated! The host was super...
