Gordijnen gescheurd. 'I felt sorry for the lady checking people in, she was the only one, There were at least 5 people in front of me, girls soccer parents checking in, so very busy. The lady was very frustrated, said she got to work and there was a whole new check in process on the computer that she didn’t know was going to happen. She had to figure it out on her own so took extra time. If they are having to deal with a new system there should be someone to train them or at least have more than 1 person checking...

'The staff was very friendly and customer service oriented. Our room was lacking a clothes rod and we had no hot water in the shower but had hot water in the sink. We stayed on the 3rd floor and it was a nice, quiet stay. The hallway on the first floor , the elevator and 3rd floor had the strongest marijuana smell I have ever experienced. It did not cross in to our hotel room but it triggered a migraine headache. I don’t know if I will be rebooking at this property. I typically stay at the nearby...
