'Had an issue with bugs all over the room, primarily by the window with the A/C unit'

'Big clean room (2 queens) bumpy bed. With fridge and tv. Breakfast was very good. Wafels and pancake maker also English breakfast. But the service is very bad! Bath tap kept running, made 3 time's a complain. Everytine is was new and agsin promisses to send maintanance. He/she never came. 3 nights sleep with a running bathtap is no pleasure I can tell you.

'Rooms very clean, decent breakfast variety and convincing location for our needs'

'We came to see Paisley Park. It was convenient to so many things. Restaurants, parks, and of course Prince. Rooms were clean. Ac was a bit loud.'

'Everything was great except garbage can had not been eptied in room'

'Clean room, comfortable bed and a restaurant on location!'

'I felt sorry for the lady checking people in, she was the only one, There were at least 5 people in front of me, girls soccer parents checking in, so very busy. The lady was very frustrated, said she got to work and there was a whole new check in process on the computer that she didn’t know was going to happen. She had to figure it out on her own so took extra time. If they are having to deal with a new system there should be someone to train them or at least have more than 1 person checking...

'A nice place in a nice neighbourhood. A mall on a walking distance and the hotel is nice with good beds and friendly staff.'

'Clean and friendly staff'

'The place is clean and nice'

'The staff was very friendly and customer service oriented. Our room was lacking a clothes rod and we had no hot water in the shower but had hot water in the sink. We stayed on the 3rd floor and it was a nice, quiet stay. The hallway on the first floor , the elevator and 3rd floor had the strongest marijuana smell I have ever experienced. It did not cross in to our hotel room but it triggered a migraine headache. I don’t know if I will be rebooking at this property. I typically stay at the nearby...
