Gordijnen gescheurd. She had to figure it out on her own so took extra time. If they are having to deal with a new system there should be someone to train them or at least have more than 1 person checking...

'The staff was very friendly and customer service oriented. Our room was lacking a clothes rod and we had no hot water in the shower but had hot water in the sink. We stayed on the 3rd floor and it was a nice, quiet stay. The hallway on the first floor , the elevator and 3rd floor had the strongest marijuana smell I have ever experienced. It did not cross in to our hotel room but it triggered a migraine headache. I don’t know if I will be rebooking at this property. I typically stay at the nearby...
