Ponderosa patio with AC, WiFi, mins from airport, downtown & arboretum

This peaceful 2-bedroom home is nested in quiet neighborhood with kid-friendly streets, about a 5-min walk from Finch arboretum, 6 minute drive to the airport and 7 minutes to downtown. It can sleep up to 6 adults in 3 rooms.

We've been steadily xeriscaping our front yard with beautiful drought resistant and pollinator-friendly perennials, and the whole neighborhood is vibrant with the color of the changing fall leaves. Finch arboretum is a wonderful spot to take in the colors and fall crunch.

The Space

Sleeping spaces include two bedrooms with furniture to organize clothes. The first bedroom has a queen sized bed and black-out curtains for day nappers. The second bedroom has a daybed, twin size that pulls out into a king size bed comprised of the two unstacked twin mattresses.

There is a pullout couch in the living room that comfortably sleeps two, but with less privacy than the bedrooms.

In the living room, relax in front of our smart TV with Roku streaming - live TV channels or YouTube are good options if you don't have streaming app accounts.

There is one 6 inch high step at the entry way but there are no steps inside the house. There in one step between the back door and the main level of the patio, but no steps to the main level of the patio when entering from the driveway gate.

The BBQ gas grill, fire pit, outdoor seating areas are all available for your enjoyment. We're good friends with our neighbors, so please be considerate, and safety extinguish any fire with ample water, you can use the yellow hose for the fire pit.

Guest Access

To access the AirBnB, a lockbox combo will be provided at check-in. The lockbox is located in the front entryway.

Guests have full access to the property including front and backyards, with the exception of two locked storage sheds.

Pets are welcome, please clean up after them.
