Family vacation in Split

Amazing villa with awesome views of the sea and a wonderful pool. Secluded and secure but not far from city and two local beaches. Children had an amazing time in the pool and we loved sitting on the deck watching the sunset into the sea.

We all loved the Villa. Great views, lovely pool. Our host Vladimir was great in communication and helped all requests. A highlight was the meal provided by the Chef. Great time.

A must stay in split!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Tomislav! The home is lovely and well equipped and has beautiful views of the ocean and an expansive, gorgeous outdoor area. Our host, Vlad, was very helpful and accommodating and provided wonderful recommendations for restaurants in Split and other activities. We would certainly recommend staying here!

Spectacular Property

I typically don't write reviews. We've stayed in nearly 50 homes in the last 10 years. Villa Tomislav is right at the top of the list. It must be one of the nicest homes in Split. Vlad the property manager could not have been more helpful. If you are coming to Split...this is your house. We will be staying here on our next visit.

Excellent property and property manager!

The villa property was beautiful! Private pool with gorgeous grounds and gardens. Very quiet. We had a group of 6, and there was more than enough room. Wish it was a little closer to the center of Split, it was a 20 min walk, but the grounds were quiet, beautiful and secluded. Vladimir, the property host was beyond accommodating. He was extremely responsive. Anything we needed he was there to help. He booked us a private boat tour, private driver anytime we needed, and so enjoyable to work with! Would highly recommend this property!

The Pearl of Marjan Park

Villa Tomislav is the loveliest property in Marjan park with a breathtaking view of the sea. It was the perfect place to stay for our special family holiday, as we had our wedding in Sustipan park over the weekend. Everyone enjoyed the pool, gardens, and ping pong table. Not to mention, a stunning place to take photos. Though it is a bit of a walk from the city center, it is well, well, worth it. Ubers are easy to get. The owners and villa manager were gracious and helpful, and even left us special gifts. If we could do it over again we would do it all the same way ! :)

Exceptional Villa, Unparalleled Hospitality

Our stay at Villa Tomislav was simply amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the property and the warm welcome from our hosts. The villa itself is stunning—beautifully designed, super comfortable, and surrounded by lovely olive and fruit trees. The outdoor areas, especially the pool and lounge spots, were perfect for relaxing and hanging out. Inside, every room was impeccably clean, with gorgeous finishes and stylish decor that really made the space feel special. What made our stay truly memorable were the thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and Marin, the house manager, was super helpful throughout. The location is also perfect for exploring Split and nearby attractions like Krka National Park. We’ve stayed at many high-end rentals, but Villa Tomislav is hands-down our favorite. It was the perfect place for our retirement and birthday celebration, combining a stunning property, great location, and outstanding hospitality. If you’re looking for a luxurious and welcoming place in Split, Villa Tomislav is the one. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

BEST time in Split thanks to Vlad + Villa Tomislav

Amazing and incredible stay at Villa Tomislav from 6 adult females. Everything was smooth sailing from pre booking to check out and it was all because of Vlad. He was so responsive and helpful as we planned our 5 nights in Split leading up to the stay and he helped us with everything from airport transports, private boat bookings to explore the islands, a private chef dinner at the house for a 40th birthday celebration,white water rafting along the Cetina River + so much more! Any single question we had, he replied right away and even stopped by the Villa to help us with something we needed assistance with. When we decided last minute to go rafting, he could not find a driver to take us so he took time out of his day and drove us himself! If this is not 5 star service, I do not know what is! The house is absolutely incredible, spacious, luxurious and private with so many amenities to offer like the pool, ping pong, garden, outdoor pizza oven/bbq and lots of space to spread out! Our time in Split was perfect and it was all thanks to Vlad + Villa Tomislav! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

A great villa with a fantastic view!

Our family of 5 stayed in the villa a weekend July 21. The villa is fantastic, very well equipped and with lot of space. The garden was lovely. We played table tennis every day,. The sea views are absolute amazing. We also enjoyed the lovely swimming pool. This is really the luxury villa to rent in Split. Thank you to Vladimir, the host, who always was available ,and did everything to make our holiday fantastic.

We stayed with our family -8 of us The pictures don’t do it justice It’s truly beautiful There are 4 different terraces with views of the Adriatic The pool area but along side of it was an outdoor game and sitting area The outdoor Bbq area with huge table and play area and sitting area The inside finishings are A1 all high end everything The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious Great individually controlled AC Kitchen Miele appliances Excellent stock Of cooking items But really best was Valdmier Helped us with much organizing Also their property has a gate and big private parking space on the property Loved this home

A great holiday villa close to Split providing the best of both worlds

Villa Tomislav is a family home that offers lots of space but with a more cosy feel. The gardens and pool are well laid out to offer the family lots of spaces to relax and enjoy the peace and delightful views. Vladimir was the perfect host, providing immediate responses to all queries in advance and assisted in arranging activities and bookings going way beyond what was expected. Highly recommended.

This villa is every bit as spectacular as it is billed to be: sprawling, terraced grounds perched on the hillside with stunning views of the Adriatic and just mere 15 minute walk from the heart of Split. Vladimir was a gracious manager whose responsiveness was immediate. Would stay here again without a minent’s hesitation.

Fabulous Villa in Split

We were very impressed by the level of professionalism and communication we had with our host. This property is simply beautiful, pictures cannot really do it justice, the views of the coast are incredible. Vladimir was extremely helpful before we arrived in setting up some adventures and transportation. He met us at the property at our arrival and again upon departure. I highly recommend this villa and will most certainly be booking again when we return to Croatia.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa Tomislav. Vlado was more than helpful, especially with transportation, and the owners were very sweet to greet us and share a beautiful liqueur with us when we left. The pool was a special treat weather was rather warm, and the villa was perfect walking distance to Old Town. (We usually cabbed back) The villa was good size and had everything in it for cooking and entertaining. We ate in 3 nights. Thanks for sharing your beautiful property with us.

Villa Tomislav is without doubt one of the most magnificent properties in Split. It is luxurious, well appointed and very well situated for the perfect vacation in Spit. Not to mention the generous accommodating hosts. My extended family of 9 had the privilege of staying in this luxury villa for six days in May around the time of our daughter’s wedding. The Villa elegantly exceeded all our expectations. Located high on the exclusive Marjan Hill in a private secluded estate it has unobstructed views of the city, harbour, Adriatic Sea, and its islands. The residence is very quiet with no other houses within 100m and the entrance is a private remote controlled gated drive with parking for multiple cars. The main attraction, the old city of Split, its harbour and shopping were easily accessible, being a 15-minute easy walk or a 5 minute drive with ample parking available in town. Grocery store 500 m away. The owner’s attention to detail was evident throughout the property. The kitchen had top of the line appliances, indoor and out. There is the possibility to make gourmet meals indoors and al fresco, every kitchen accessory you could imagine was present and usually in multiples. We had sufficient cutlery, dinnerware, crystal glassware, linens and tablecloths to host a dinner party of 30. The two refrigerators were stocked with complementary milk, beer and water along with the estate’s own private label wine. Exquisitely decorated with luxury furnishings and art work to accompany modern electronics and Televisions in every bedroom. Each bedroom had its own separate air conditioning controls and huge cupboards and storage, and were meticulous. The property landscaping was directly out of a storybook. 5 grassed levels with fastidiously kept gardens and olive trees terraced by old masterful stonework. Accented retaining walls with single piece 3 m long stone steps lead up the house and well-appointed pool area. The large heated infinity pool was also a jetted lap pool with a private jacuzzi hot tub area. The pool had sun most of the day and we had enough loungers (10) for the whole family. Extensive night lighting enabled us to enjoy the property late at night. Eating outside with outdoor stone wood barbeque and private eating area was a highlight of our stay. All the fabulous attributes of the property did not compare to the wonderful treatment we received from the owners Steve and Bianca, the property manager Vlad. When they heard that we were coming for

Spectacular property. Met and exceeded our every expectations

The home was beautiful. The view from every room was amazing and the furnishings and decor were very professionally done. The home was quite likely the finest in Split. The property owner and property manager went out of their way to make us feel welcome and and made sure all our needs were not only met but exceeded. If there was a 6 star rating this property would get it. We will definitely return!
