'I recently stayed at Hampton Inn and Suites and had an unfortunate experience with the staff. After explaining that I hadn’t slept the night before, I requested a late checkout, but they were short and would not compromise. The lack of flexibility and empathy left me disappointed with the service.'

Our room had a very weird smell to it and it wasn't the cleanest either. Had some pee left in the toilet even after housekeeping was supposed to have cleaned..... It is though in a very nice quiet area close to shopping and restrooms'
