I did not appreciate being dumped in a dog room, with our small non shedding dog and being billed twice and more than what was stated on Expedia. This should be an allowed choice for reservations, to add the pet fee.'

Breakfast was the usual...and I picked Country Inn because I thought their breakfast was a bit better than elsewhere. It is not. No toiletries in the bathroom and the body wash in the installed containers in the shower was empty. So, not that impressed by this stay at all. Mattress was comfortable though.'

'The hotel was undergoing MAJOR construction (NOT disclosed at booking) Half of our floor was tarped off, with a strong smell of paint, dust, and stale cigarette smoke that made the stay very unpleasant, especially for our children. Had we known, we would have chosen a different hotel. The hot tub was large, but the water temperature was excessively hot, making it unusable for more than a 2 minutes. We later heard another guest report the same issue and the person at the desk using some excuse...

'BED BUGS! Do not stay at this hotel. We found a bed bug crawling on our pillow when we were winding down for the night. We documented it and reported it to staff immediately, got a new room but felt absolutely disgusted. Save yourself and book elsewhere. It was a complete nightmare and when we requested a refund, we were denied. '
