« We ended up staying here after leaving the hotel we had initially booked due to safety and maintenance issues. We were greeted immediately and had a friendly chat with Nick, the front desk guy (Happy Birthday, Nick!) and another associate, who gave us helpful suggestions for where to eat nearby. « Rooms need severe updating, carpeting in halls very stained, carpeting frayed in rooms and stained. Sheets did not fit mattress. Outside areas had cigarette butts all over Breakfast very nice with pleasant staff. Bartender on 2 nights extremely frustrated, rude, throwing things. Children allowed to race around floors, yelling, had to call front desk 2x up to 11 PM. Would never use again as very expensive for a sub-standard facility. »

« I had a very concerning experience during my recent stay. Upon opening the sofa bed in our room, I discovered bedbugs. After checking further, a chair in the room was heavily infested. One member of our party works in pest control and confirmed the issue immediately. I reported this to the front desk and requested someone come inspect the room, but staff refused. « This was wonderfully clean from top to bottom. The staff was very helpful, and we felt like family. The breakfast was nice, hot, and again, the cleanliness was impressive. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. »
