« I loved my stay at the Residence Inn. The staff was great, the entire place was so clean, the pool, lobby, the breakfast area and our room! I loved the little courtyard too. It was a great stay and I will be for sure coming back in the future if I have to stay in Peoria. »

« Booked room about 3 Weeks ago for a comedy show in the area...the day of the show...go an email from the hotel saying "the elevator" was down...thinking it might be working in time for check-in...get to the hotel just to find out the elevator been down since October 25'..this should've been know well before check-in date...so now it's either go pay 3x as much for a close hotel or walk up 3 flights of steps because no one in the area has rooms available...VERY POOR MANAGEMENT 😡😡😡‼️ »

« I did not like that I could only go up to 73 degrees on the heater. They had it set that you could not go higher than this. it was below 30 degrees at night on this weekend. The elevator connected to the parking garage was out of order. the parking garage was not worth $10 per night extra. it was filthy and smelled like urine. I will not stay here again when I visit Peoria. »

« The room was clean for the most part despite the appearance throughout the hallways. I was a bit skeptical but it served the overall purpose. I was only in town for a night. Toiletries were subpar and the water backed up in the sink. The Jed was comfortable. »

« The room we got initially we had problems with the entry key not working. What a pain to experience. Finally had to take a different room and not what we registered for. »

« The location and the outside area felt sketchy. Still thought we would give it a chance. The lobby looked nice. The room looked nice, however, there were ants in the bathroom and the blankets were stained. We decided right away that we just werent going to stay there. I went and checked out after only being there for 15 mins. When i told the guy at the front desk that we weren't going to stay and why, he didn't say anything, just checked us out on the computer and told me have a nice day. »
