'Great accommodations for a single/couple. Location 2 blocks from dipping your toes in the Atlantic and a bike ride away from everywhere I wanted to be. Kitchen was beautifully appointed with everything needed. Definitely will be looking to book this again.'

'This is one of my favorite places. We book every year with a group of friends for a weekend. Perfect place for a family beach getaway. Clean and spacious room fitted with a nice kitchen, easy to prepare simple meals and not have to leave this paradise. Although many places nearby for dinner, groceries or exploring the area. At night walk the beach and possibly see turtles. The staff is very friendly and available,'

'On check in we found a loaded 9mm pistol. There were huge Palmetto bugs in the kitchen. A dirty tooth brush on the couch. So much dust, we left yesterday because we could not breathe. Dirty wash cloths in the drawer in the bathroom. Soda bottles behind the nightstand. Toothpicks and other trash on the floor. Just absolutely horrible. 4 broken coffee pots in the kitchen! Called the Sheriff's office and they took the gun and gave me a report. I am requesting a full refund!'

'The condo was exactly what we needed for our weekend stay in Cocoa Beach. The location was absolutely perfect and being literally steps from the beach entrance was really nice. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet beachfront place in Cocoa Beach.'
