'La chambre était spacieuse et très confortable. Le couchage et les oreiller sont bien. Le service avec le personnel est très efficace et facile. La localisation de l'hôtel est très bonne. A seulement quelques centaines de mètres de plusieurs métros. De notre chambre nous avions une vue directe sur la tour tsutenkaku. Superbe la nuit avec ses éclairages. Le quartier est animé et avec beaucoup d'établissements pour manger. L"isolation sonore de l'hôtel est parfaite que ce soit avec les bruits...

'L’hotel est plutôt bien situe a proximité d’une station de metro. Les chambres sont confortables et on peut bénéficier d’un onsen. Nous avons aussi été bien accueilli en anglais. A premiere vue, tout semble parfait jusqu’a l’arrivée massive de cars de touristes mal eleves. Vous devez vous battre pour partager l’onsen bonde avec des clients qui ne respectent pas les règles d’hygiene (on se lave avant de partager le bain). Vous vous faites réveiller a toute heure car ils hurlent dans les couloirs...

'This is a great place to stay for a couple days. Its right next to a bunch of intersting places and about a 30 min walk from dotenbori. The room had enough space for me and my things, and great amenities. I'd recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.'

'Very nice and tidy accomodation, the staff is very friendly and there's English speaking staff aswell. They helped us very well with any questions we had. Also very convenient location, it's close to Nipponbashi and Shinsekai and there's two metro stations within an 8 minute walk from the hotel. There's also a supermarket across the street and many restaurants nearby.'

'Goede locatie bij het fraaie park en enkele tempels. Het ontbijt stelt niets voor, dat kan je net zo goed overslaan. Tennoji-Osaka is een enorme stad met veel schitterende winkels, bars en restaurants. Met het OV of een taxi ben je er zo en voor weinig vanuit het hotel.'

"Newer hotel, definitely not a 5 star hotel in room, service and breakfast quality. Bathroom smaller than one in Holiday Inn Express. Although rooms were paid in advance at arrival a relative high amount of bail was asked for and the small amount of tourist tax had to be paid directly and could not be put on the bill at check out. The architect who designed the room should be sent back to school, what a bunch of unpractical errors. In my case 5 star expectations were not met but had my expectations be towards 3 star it would be ok."
