'Over all the hotel was excellent for what it is, a business mans hotel. The window opened which was a bonus. (My only small complaint was that the door to the bathroom should have been hinged on the other side and the light switches werent in logical places.) I would stay there again.'

'L’hotel est plutôt bien situe a proximité d’une station de metro. Les chambres sont confortables et on peut bénéficier d’un onsen. Nous avons aussi été bien accueilli en anglais. A premiere vue, tout semble parfait jusqu’a l’arrivée massive de cars de touristes mal eleves. Vous devez vous battre pour partager l’onsen bonde avec des clients qui ne respectent pas les règles d’hygiene (on se lave avant de partager le bain). Vous vous faites réveiller a toute heure car ils hurlent dans les couloirs...

Het ontbijt stelt niets voor, dat kan je net zo goed overslaan.
Tennoji-Osaka is een enorme stad met veel schitterende winkels, bars en restaurants. Met het OV of een taxi ben je er zo en voor weinig vanuit het hotel.'

"Newer hotel, definitely not a 5 star hotel in room, service and breakfast quality. Bathroom smaller than one in Holiday Inn Express. Although rooms were paid in advance at arrival a relative high amount of bail was asked for and the small amount of tourist tax had to be paid directly and could not be put on the bill at check out.
The architect who designed the room should be sent back to school, what a bunch of unpractical errors.
In my case 5 star expectations were not met but had my expectations be towards 3 star it would be ok."
