'Personeelsloze checkin is prima geregeld. Hotel is een 800 jaar oud herenhuis. Prima gerenoveerd, alleen de buren zijn goed hoorbaar en het sanitair veroorzaakt erg luide geluiden. Geen ontbijt beschikbaar, ook niet in de nabije omgeving. Ze offeren wel een "alternatief" ontbijt aan maar dat is zeker niet wat je in een gastronomisch land als italie mag verwachten.'

'We booked a comfort room as the others weren’t available. The room is spotless, bed is comfortable, pillows are okay. But the comfort room is compact. The wardrobe is rather small. Not much of space to walk around. However the bathroom has large shower with great water pressure. I wouldn’t book Comfort room in the future. 'This is a fair experience. This accomodation is an 8-room guesthouse -not a hotel in the traditional sense. It advertises as bed-and-breakfast but there is no breakfast. It’s main pro is its superb location, just few steps from Siena’s main square. Also, its manager is really customer oriented and tries his best to make you feel comfortable.
