« The hotel was great and not a hassle to check in. »

« I would not stay at this hotel again… it was not clean, it was run down and the snacks we outrageously expensive. Possible mold on the ceiling, I got sick from whatever allergens were in the room, possibly the mold or whatever was coming from the air conditioning vents. Bath tubs were ran down didn’t even want to shower. They even gave us half used toilet paper. »

« The room was good, and it was clean. Nice big fridge and microwave were great too. However, only 2 bath towels for 2 people the entire week, Sunday to Friday? My room was fine otherwise, but my coworkers room had leakage when it rained. They didn’t offer to move him to another room even though the hotel was half empty. And when the staff went in to clean up the water, they didn’t even change the bedding which had gotten dampened. »

« Hotel canceled my prepaid reservation despite me sending a message through Expedia saying my arrival would be delayed until the following morning. Hotel staff said that was not its problem — that I should take it up with Expedia. I had to pay full price on the spot to get the room I had already paid for through Expedia. So, beware. »

« We use this property when we go to Houston. It has everything we need. The staff has always been very helpful. »

« I may have written the review but stay way from this property. I prepaid for three nights si I stayed anyway but was sorry i did. I felt unsafe the entire time. No elevator to the second floor either. Uncomfortable furniture, bad plumbing, bad parking lot (like parking in a truck parking lot with pot holes), no breakfast as advertised. They are trying to remodel but I dont think thats possible. Sometimes it just time to tear it down. »

« chambre spacieuse rien a dire.. en revanche je suis tombé sur deux cafards ou blattes dans la salle de bain... j'en ai écrasé un contre le mur et je l'ai laissé pour qu'il soit vu le lendemain matin au ménage... résultat chambre nettoyée mais le cafard écrasé toujours sur le mur en évidence.. »
