'This place was new, clean, and a great value. The location is good and it was a better stay than Residence Inn Pasadena. Breakfast was over at 9am. SO, my only suggestion would be for it to be open longer. I'd stay here again.'

'I stayed there 3 nights and my room was never cleaned, they claimed It was because I added 2 extra days and they only clean every 3 days of staying there, other than that everything was nice'

'The room was very nice. Bathroom clean. However, when laying in the bed the light coming from the window shows cobwebs and dirt for about a foot of wall by the ceiling. We requested towels at the desk. Nine were delivered. We found a maid and snagged some. The cleaning staff said they would bring us a bottle of water, but never did. I haven’t even mentioned the situation with a faulty elevator.'

'Toen we voor het eerst de kamer inkwamen bleek die nog niet schoongemaakt te zijn. De volgende kamer die we kregen was wel goed. We hadden een grote en nette kamer voor een scherpe prijs. Het personeel en het ontbojt waren matig. En de directe omgeving is heel saai. Maar de prijs was scherp en het ging maar om 1 nacht dus het was prima.'

'At first I thought the receptionist was pretty nice until I started complaining about bugs crawling on the bed and in the bathroom floor and tub, dont think it was bedbugs just bugs period made me uncomfortable, she offered and did changed my room and we saw bugs in the tub in that room after that refund was asked for and was given..'

'I rarely ever leave reviews, but after staying at WoodSpring Suites Houston 288 South Medical Center, I genuinely feel obligated to warn other people before they waste their money here. This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I have EVER had, and I travel often. From the moment I walked into the building, the entire place gave unsettling, sketchy, crime-scene vibes. The hallways smelled strange, the atmosphere felt unsafe, and the overall condition of the property looked neglected...

'It’s was 6:30 am and the house manager went door to door waking everyone up about the restroom. She asked who flooded the floor and left water everywhere. It was more like a disciplinary house. There was a lot of loud talking till 1 AM. And it will start back about 7 AM by the house manager and some of the guests. The pictures that are on the app are not actually pictures of the property false advertising. Although if you’re desperate, it needs somewhere to go it will do temporarily.'
